Responsibilities
22-Week CAT B Project | £1.2m | Warehouse/Industrial Unit
Start Date: Mid-November (interviews taking place now; earlier start possible for the right candidate)
Company
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a CAT B fit-out project in Glasgow. The scheme is valued at £1.2m and will run for 22 weeks, with a mix of fit-out and refurbishment elements in a live, occupied warehouse/industrial environment.
Candidate
- On-site role - requires a visible and effective manager on the ground
- Direct reporting line to the Senior Project Manager
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience delivering CAT B projects (Design & Build background essential)
- Strong communication skills - able to manage effectively in an occupied building
- Commercially astute with the ability to manage costs
- Hands-on and proactive approach to site management
- Enhanced DBS check required (candidates must be aware)
