Title: Site Manager

About the Project:
Our client is delivering a high-quality hospitality fit-out project in Central London. The scheme requires exceptional attention to detail, programme delivery, and coordination of multiple trades within a live and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the site-based Project Manager in delivering this prestigious project. The ideal candidate will come from a carpentry background and have proven experience in managing high-end fit-out works. Familiarity with Procore project management software would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards are achieved.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of works.
• Support the Project Manager with site reporting, programme tracking, and issue resolution.
• Maintain strict health & safety standards in line with company and statutory requirements.
• Carry out quality checks and snagging to ensure the highest standards of finish.
• Assist in short-term planning and sequencing of works.
• Ensure clear communication with the wider project team, client representatives, and consultants.

Candidate requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on hospitality, hotel, or high-end fit-out projects.
• Trade background in carpentry/joinery (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and MEP coordination.
• Familiarity with Procore or other construction management platforms (advantageous).
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
